Terms & Use

These terms govern your use of SpeakPro, the AI-driven language-learning platform operated by SpeakPro (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the app you agree to them.

Your account

You must give accurate information and keep your password safe. Accounts for learners under 18 are created and managed by a parent or guardian. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Subscriptions, Peanuts and purchases

Plans renew automatically until cancelled; cancelling keeps access until the end of the paid period. Peanuts are an in-app currency with no cash value and cannot be transferred or refunded except where the law requires it. Mentor sessions can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before they start.

Content and conduct

Recordings, texts and other content you submit stay yours; you grant us the licence needed to score them, give feedback and improve the service. Do not upload unlawful or abusive content or attempt to disrupt the platform, other learners or mentors.

AI features

Scores, feedback, translations and generated plans are produced by AI and may contain mistakes. They are learning aids, not certified assessments.
