This policy explains what personal data SpeakPro collects, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Account data: name, email or phone, password (hashed), language and level preferences.
• Learning data: answers, recordings, scores, plans, streaks, Peanuts and achievements.
• Purchase data: orders, subscription status and payment-method references (card details are held by our payment providers).
• Device data: sign-in sessions, device name, push tokens and notification preferences.

How we use it

To run the service, score your work with AI, personalise your learning path, send the notifications you asked for, process payments and keep the platform safe. We do not sell personal data.

Children

Child learners use accounts set up by a parent or guardian, who controls the data we hold about them.

Your rights

You can edit your profile, manage notification channels and delete your account from Settings. Deleting the account removes your personal data as described in the app. Contact privacy@speakpro.io for any other request.
